October 2010 – 2 Page Layout $6 It’s Pumpkin Time, Little Monsters & You’re a Hoot

 

Isn't Fall just filled with all kinds of wonderful opportunities to scrap?  From pumpkins and piles of leaves to halloween and pre-holiday traditions, it's more than just my favorite time of the year.

This layout uses two of CTMH's brand new colors just unveiled in the new catalog this month . . . Sunset and Pear.  There are also a few little peaks of paper from the new "Olivia" paper packet.  From the pumpkin patch to pumpkin carving to baking your famous pumpkin pies, you can get tons of mileage from this adorable layout.  It's definitely putting me in the mood to capture those inevitable "gross, this is slimy" look on the kids faces as they are gutting their creations.  Although there are only a few spots for photos, by adding a few flip flaps the possibilities are endless.

“Little Monster’s” - when Tanya saw the new Hooligans paper packet matching felt monsters, she knew she wouldn't be any kind of a consultant unless she created the cutest Halloween page ever.  Of course, the pressure was too intense so I took some very strong ques from a page that was create by the CTMH corporate staff.  OK, she pretty much CASE'd their "Little Monsters" page.   But isn't it adorable?  Besides all of the cute, new Halloween papers and accents, we'll also be using items from the brand new Pear Mini-Medley.  I just can't wait to get this year's trick-or-treating pictures in here.

“You’re a Hoot” – Designed by Marla is Hootabulous!!!  The whimsy of the tree and the owls are something your scrapbook just can’t be without!!

October Workshop – Christmas Recipe Holder $20

This recipe workshop was created by Tanya by request from one of our Aurora Illinois gals, Jennifer. 

Jennifer wanted to create something special for her family, to save all their family recipes in.

Using the “My Creations Display Album” October's workshop features a Christmas recipe flip book with the beautiful new Mistletoe papers.  Each of the 24 pages is uniquely designed and includes ribbon, chipboard snowflakes, flowers, and other accents.  The pages are set up to take a 4 x 4 recipe printed off your computer.

The price of this month's workshop is $20 and includes the recipe book, a 1/2 pack of Mistletoe paper plus additional cardstock (all of which will be pre-cut for you), a pack of the Mistletoe Level 2 assortment (Poinsettias, brads, and ornament charms), a sheet of Color-Ready alphabet stickers for the title (so you can personalize it), and various other needed ribbons and accessories that you need.

All-in-all, a fabulous windfall of fall and Christmas items at your disposal this October.  Please RSVP as soon as possible to ensure we have enough supplies on hand.

Sept 2010 – Interactive Workshop $20 – 2 layouts

These pages were designed by Tanya and are Septembers workshop!  The pictures do NOT do them justice as I’m thinking of borrowing a child to take to the zoo just to put this in my scrapbook!!!

 

      

The above “Bring It On” Interactive Layout is designed for a sports themed layout.  With all the choices this month we’re hoping you will find something you just can’t live without! (Tanya’s words!!  and I agree)

September - $3 Layout Choices / BBQ Fun and/or S'more Fun

Here are the new one page layout choices available for the month of September for $3 each. You can order one page or both pages, it's your choice!



We used the Cherry-O paper, Cocktail Alphabet and did some paper piecing for the grill, picnic table and watermelon. We then used 3 flip flaps to create the ultimate photo burger!! This makes room for 5 additional pictures.



This is the Second 1 page layout available for September available for $3, called S'more Fun. Again I used the Cherry-O paper, Cocktail Alpahbet and did some paper piecing to create a yummy s'more.

I tried to make them similar for anyone who likes both pages and can't let go of the 2 page layouts!! Make sure to take snapshots of your BBQ and S'more events!!
