Crazy for Cards!!

In preparation for Christmas I've been making cards like crazy these last two weeks to give as gifts to my family. Last year I gave them as gifts and my cousin used them....the people who received them were crazy for them. So, this year she wanted to give them as gifts to her friends. So needless to say, I made about 125 cards in the last two weeks.... CRAZY!!! Here are a sample of just a few I made.

January Hostess Layout - You Rock & Playin' with snow

This will be one of the options available for January 2010 Hostess Club or for purchase of $5. Check out the right column if interested in joining a Hostess club, many spots available!!!

For this layout I used the following Close to My Heart items: Paper, Petal, Grey Flannel, White, Stamp Sets: Poaster Board E1014, Field Trip alphabet E1013, Let it Snow B1182, Blooming Fourishes D1263, Ink Pads: Black Z2105, Grey flannel Z2124, Petal Z2161, White Daisy Z2163, Markers Z2361 Petal, Z2328 Hollyhock, Liquid applique & silver brads

This page was made for a girl, but by choosing a blue marker instead of holly hock the hat and bird can easily be geared toward a boy. Don't be afraid to make this page your own! Omit the flourishes and add more snowflakes and suddenly it's a totally different layout.

2010 Calendar Club Reminder

Mark it on your calendar! It's a scrapping event you don't want want to miss!!!

If you are interested in joining the Calendar Club in 2010, you will need to purchase the calendar(s) of your choice so you are ready for the January 2011 layout.

The 12" x 12" Calendar is item #Z1030 for $7.95 Remember pages can easily be converted to fit into any scrapbook after the year is over.

The 4" x 18" Calendar is item #Z126 for $8.50 and can be used year after year.

December Hostess Club Choice

This is the one and only choice for the month, as typical for December. This is a special interactive page that we are sure our members will love! You maybe can't tell but these pages will hold a whopping 15 (4x6) photos! Here's the secrect - do you see the second page, where it is segmented? Well the three 4 x 6 sections on the right hand side of the page flip over onto the sections on the left hand side of the page and.......

reveal an entirely new layout underneath. Plus when you turn the page over there is room for an additional 6 (4 x 6) photos on the back page.

To make this interactive page, flip flaps and the 6 photo pocket storage page was used.

If you are interested in joining the Hostess Club we have several spots available.

You only need to commit to $15 in purchases / month for a 12 month period. Each month you receive a 2 page layout for free and one month during that 12 month period you will receive Hostess rewards as if you held a CTMH party in your own home. It's a great way to stay current and to collect all your favorite CTMH supplies!!

Happy Anniversary..........

This card was created for my husband in August for our 19th Wedding Anniversary. I couldn't ask for anything more in a husband. After giving him this card, I used it as an addition to a page I scrapped for our evening out. For the hearts I used chalk popping as a technique for a softer look than using ink.

November - Hostess Club

Joining a Hostess Club is fun and easy!

You'll be grouped with 11 other scrappers, all who have commited to purchasing $16 worth of Close to My Heart product. Attend one monthly meeting, the first Saturday of each month, and complete a free layout - designed and cut out! Purchase the 2nd layout choice for just $5 if you so choose! One month during the year, you will be the "hostess" and receive all the hostess rewards, minimum of $25 in free product, and the Stamp of the month.

A little bit about me, Colette Donelle Ramsey

My full name is Colette Donelle Ramsey. I was born in Aurora Illinois to wonderful parents - Jand & Jerry Fermazin, in 1965. My sister Caryn and I grew up in a loving home and to this day my family and friends are the most important part of my life.

Currently I live in Appleton Wisconsin, and have been married to the love of my life Gary, since 1990.

Gary and I share our home with our two dogs, Niki & Luke. The four of us love our backyard and spend a lot of time in it during all months except Winter!

I enjoy spending time with family & friends, bowling, gardening, of course my computer and above all scrapbooking!!
